As artisans and beekeepers, we are driven by the possibility for bees to access different varieties of vegetation in the meadows, in the woods and in the city. Making honey is the intermediation between local ecosystems and our bee families; considering various environmental factors, mainly climatic and ecological, different quantities and types of honey are obtained from year to year.

Our process

Raw honey marked with our symbol guarantees that the honey we produce contains all the components that bees naturally bring to this wonderful product. “Raw” refers to the fact that honey does not undergo any heat treatment.
